Remember entries must be received by May 14, 2026 to avoid the late entry fee.   
 

Online Stall Reservation

​All horse stalls, tack and feed stalls include four bags of shavings and two mats per stall.

Extra shavings from tack & feed stalls may be used for horses.  Extra mats can be used in the aisles for grooming.

Stalls are not guaranteed until fully paid. No hay for feed storage is permitted in the barn aisles.
Stall preference is by sponsorship level, then by first-come, first served.

Additional Shavings: $13.00/bag.  If not pre-ordered, order through feed office at the show.  No outside shavings may be brought in.

Additional Mats (per mat): $20.00  If not pre-ordered, Order through feed office at the show

STALL RESERVATION DEADLINE is Wednesday, May 5, 2026

Priority stall placement for sponsors. 

 

Move in/Barn Hours:

Move In: Tuesday, May 19th,  8:00 AM

Move Out: Monday, May 25th, by 10:00 AM

Unloading/loading time is 30 minutes. Please be considerate of your fellow exhibitors.
Vehicles may not be left unattended at any time.

 

Arrivals outside of Barn hours are for emergencies only.  Special arrangements must be made with the Barn Manager,
