Our Zone 2 Leadline Champion & Reserve Champion will receive their buckles again this year, dedicated to Our Hero, Layne Armstrong, grandson of APHA judge, Trisha Shorten-Armstrong.

Please join us in continuing the fight against one of the biggest bullies, DIPG, a highly aggressive brain tumor that affects children almost exclusively.

With your help, Zone 2 has been able to contribute a total of $3,621.15 towards research to find the homerun cure for cancer starting with pediatric brain cancer research.

Layne was diagnosed with DIPG on December 20, 2014.  Layne made life better and brighter. He had a love for Thomas the Train, loved to sing "You Are My Sunshine" and all sorts of songs and loved the outdoors. He brought so much joy to all those he met with his beautiful smile.

He will be truly missed but until we meet again "thumbs up Bubba."

He fought the battle until February 2015.
